Marinated butterflied shoulder of lamb, served with frilled pita, tabbouli, tzatziki, garlic scented labneh, red onion, cucumber & haloumi


S'mores, Milk & Tim Tam Bar

An Australianised American treat which everyone can get on board with; s'mores are a combination of graham crackers, melted marshmallows and your favourite chocolate.

Milk cookies and Tim Tams, house baked choc-chip cookies fresh from the oven with a glass of ice-cold milk
